Position: Call Center Representatives

Scope and Responsibility:

We are looking for Call Center Representatives to schedule appointments over the phone for a free in-home estimate (or free water test) with all homeowners and decision makers present. We have Outside Sales Representatives that run the appointments our Call Center schedules.

Our Call Center Representatives call people who are in our database of potential clients to discuss their home improvement project or getting their water tested. The people we call have contacted us in the past and have shown some interest in either having an estimate on one of our projects or wanting to win one of our products (contest). In addition to our database, we have on-going marketing efforts every day to bring in new leads; we advertise on TV, Newspaper, Events, Shows, etc. Plus, we have a showroom in Goodlettsville where potential customers can come in and see our products before they purchase. Not everyone we call is expecting a phone call from us that day. So, it is important that our Representatives find a need or interest in one of our products quickly & schedule an appointment within the next few days.

We provide paid training and scripts that will help our Representatives have immediate success on the phones. We have part-time and full-time positions in our Call Center. We are located at 880 Conference Drive in Goodlettsville TN 37072; we’re about 15 minutes north of downtown Nashville.
